Bretons is a Grade II* listed building and grounds in Hornchurch, in the London Borough of Havering. There has been a house on the site since the 12th century and it has been in local authority ownership since 1869. It was used as a sewage farm from 1869 to 1969. The house is now known as Bretons Manor and is occupied by the Bretons Community Association. The grounds are used as the Bretons Outdoor Recreation Centre. Read more on Wikipedia
