St. Hyacinth's Church in Wierzbica Górna (Gmina Wołczyn), Poland, is a wooden church built in 1722. The church belongs to St. Hyacinth Parish in Wierzbica Górna, in the Namysłów-South Deanery of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Wrocław.
