Kuršas was a proposed skyscraper in Gandrališkės, Klaipėda, Lithuania. If completed, the skyscraper would be the tallest residential building in the Baltic States. Designed by Donatas Rakauskas. The building is named after Courland in Latvia. Read more on Wikipedia
