Ecce Homo was a Catholic Church in Alcamo, in the province of Trapani, Sicily. It was built in 1753 and used by the Congregation of the Most Holy Ecce Homo until 1968, when it was damaged by an earthquake. Extensively restored in 1992, it is now a multi-use venue space. Ecco Homo refers to the suffering of Jesus Christ, as depicted in many religious artworks. A church of the same name stands in Old Jerusalem, commemorating the spot where Pontius Pilate is supposed to have uttered the words. Read more on Wikipedia
