The Prairie du Sac Dam is a hydroelectric dam on the Wisconsin River just north of Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin. It is owned and operated by Alliant Energy. The dam forms Lake Wisconsin. It is the last dam on the Wisconsin River before its confluence with the Mississippi River about downstream, and it marks the upper end of the Lower Wisconsin State Riverway. Read more on Wikipedia
