The Percy Parkes Building, is a historic commercial building in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California. It was built and designed in 1926, by contractor-builder Percy Parkes as a retail shop. The property is significant based on California Register crteira in the area of architecture as an good example of the Spanish Colonial Revival style of development in downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea and the work of Percy Parkes. In 2019, the property was recognized as an important commercial building in the city's Downtown Conservation District Historic Property Survey, that has one of the highest concentrations of historic buildings in the City.
