The Cuartel de Milicias, or Militia Barracks, at Empedrado y Monserrate in Havana, Cuba, were constructed in 1764; the building sustained its original purpose until the year 1844. Thereafter, it served various military contingents. The headquarters is acknowledged as the most expansive barracks within the city during the 18th century.
